Why is not everyone super-charged with AI?
There is a 99% chance that you are currently not using AI to its fullest potential.
Why is there a 99% chance that you are currently not using AI to its fullest potential in your life and work.
You know why?
Whenever I talk to people in the digital space, everyone is enthusiastic about integrating AI into their work - yet most have barely scratched the surface.
I figured that people are often stuck for three reasons:
They don’t know what to use AI for
They don’t know which AI systems to use
And they don’t dedicate time to adopting AI
Today, we're officially launching the next cohort of the Timeback Bootcamp, where we help founders and digital workers build their agentic AI systems.
And this time, we built the Bootcamp in a way that will give participants no excuse not to have their AI system in place by the end of it.
Let me explain.
“I don’t know what to use AI for”
Most people don’t know what AI can do, so they don’t know what to use it for.
Others go the step further and learn about AI, yet often unintentionally: they explore tons of different new AI tools, keep testing ChatGPT against other models, digest “how-to-AI-content” on YouTube or join online courses to learn how to use Claude.
But they don’t know what for. And hence, don’t end up implementing it.
From my years as a coach and consultant, I know that change starts by having a clear vision. That’s why at Timeback, we ask three guiding questions:
Which tasks take you most of your time?
Which tasks take you most of your energy?
In which areas would you like to do qualitatively better work?
Based on that, we map out the core workflows that should be automated - and how to create them in our AI system.
In order to make sure that every participant has a clear vision of where they’re going, we created a mandatory long-form coaching call before the program starts, creating an individualized one-month roadmap, which will then be used as the guiding star throughout the group and individual coaching sessions.
This way, people don’t use AI for its coolest functionalities they know about, but rather they use it to have a direct ROI on their lives and work from day one.
“I don’t know what AI tools to use”
I personally also used to be overwhelmed with tools.
There was ChatGPT. Then Claude. Then Gemini. Then came out a lot of different custom AI tools - to respond to emails, to do sales, to have a personal agent. Then came OpenClaw, NanoClaw, and a lot of other similar self-hosted agent models.
And so even if you want to use AI, you end up using different tools at all times.
Things are changing rapidly in the AI scene, but at Timeback we made a bet to use one ecosystem primarily: Claude from Anthropic.
It has one of the highest reasoning powers, can integrate with most of your current tools, and can help you set agents that can control both your browser and computer.
But you don’t only need one powerful tool.
You need to create a system which has three superpowers:
It acts as your second brain. It knows about your meetings, correspondence, digital data, can receive voice notes directly from you and retrieve information from all these sources.
It helps you make better decisions. It shows you insights you didn’t have, gives you A-level recommendations, proposes decisions and actions to take.
It helps you get things done. It can do tasks independently and on schedule, control browser and computer capabilities, and take direct action in the digital tools you’re currently using.
That’s why our program is built out according to these three phases.
In week one, we teach people how to set up their AI infrastructure. We set up Claude properly, we set up their second brain (we use a tool called Obsidian), we connect anything that can add data to it.
In week two, we use AI to create insights: custom dashboards for your company, insights into your workflows, insights into your sales data. All of this to then have your AI give you better recommendations on which decisions to make.
And from week three onwards, we go deeper into agents and automations: from website building to sales outreach, video editing and content production workflows, he list of what you can do with AI is infinite. You just have to set up the workflows properly.
“I don’t have time for AI”
Or rather - “I don’t make the time for AI”.
Because it truly is about prioritization.
When you look at the top performers anywhere, you’ll see that they spend a substantial amount of time learning and growing.
Most of us spend the majority of our time executing - working in the business. But we have to carve out time to improve our workflows, product, and culture - to work on the business.
This is why we tell all our participants to make sure they can dedicate at least 10% of their week’s time to adopting AI. That’s roughly 5 hours - which will give you the benefit of getting 10x more time back.
This is also why we run the bootcamp is in small groups with people you develop relationships and accountability with. We host weekly masterminds, allowing participants to get answers, inspiration and publicly commit to their progress.
Because once you blocked in the time and are being held accountable, your only excuse not to use AI is what for and how - and this, we made sure to tackle.
How could AI serve you?
I encourage you to ask yourself the questions we mentioned earlier: where do you spend most of your time and energy, and where could you create better work?
Your answers will be your guide to adopting AI into your workflows.
Our Timeback Bootcamp will help you to adopt the right systems that will make these workflow happen.
And if you are still wondering:
Could AI really help me with X?
How does the AI system work?
Which of my workflows should I tackle first?
Then I invite you book a 20min chat with me.
We will go through your workflows, benchmark what could be delegated to AI agents and how quickly, and make a real assessment of how you could leverage AI to its max.
You will find my calendar at the bottom of our Bootcamp page. I opened up slots for the next two weeks:
Wishing you a great end of day,
Gui
PS: In my next newsletter, I’ll show you the latest things I’ve been building with AI. The more I get into it, the more mind blowing it becomes.
PS2: Feel free to send me the answers to the questions above, and I can give you my thoughts in writing on how to automate your work.

Maybe the gap is not access.
Many people have AI now.
The harder step is choosing one repeated task and letting the tool change that hour.
